To practice gratitude meditation on Thanksgiving, find a comfortable space, close your eyes, focus on your breath, and actively bring to mind specific people, experiences, or aspects of your life that you are grateful for, dwelling on the positive feelings associated with each one; you can even mentally scan your body, expressing gratitude for each part as you go along, making sure to include both big and small things that bring you joy.
