Exercise may help lighten depression

Even though feeling depressed can leave you low in energy, regular exercise can boost your mood. And it really does not matter what kind of exercise say experts. Any type of exercise is useful if it suits you and you do enough of it. Even a brisk 10-minute walk can clear your mind and help you relax.
Keep in mind that whatever exercise you choose, it should be something you enjoy, otherwise, it will be hard to find the motivation to do it regularly. To stay healthy, adults should do 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity every week.
