Meditation can help improve your health and well-being in many ways including reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. It can also help you sleep better and increase your focus.
There are many forms of meditation. Here are a few:
• Mindfulness: The meditator focuses on what they are sensing and feeling in the moment
• Body scan: The meditator pays attention to different parts of their body, relaxing tension as they go
• Concentration: The meditator focuses on mindfulness to improve concentration
