With ‘Dry January’ becoming more of a thing and many people deciding to curb their alcohol intake in the new year, here is a refreshing mocktail to get you started.
Berry Lemonade Sparkler
Lemonade in general is a great drink for people who want something refreshing but lower on calories and suitable for various diets. The Berry Lemonade Sparkler is among the healthy mocktails for this reason.
Ingredients
Mixed berries
1 oz of fresh lemon juice
1 tsp of honey or maple syrup
Sparkling water
Directions
Muddle the berries with the lemon juice. Add the sweetener, too. Maple syrup is a better alternative if you want to satisfy the taste of a large audience. Pour the drink into a glass with ice. Top it off with sparkling water.
