An easily available vegetable that works wonders for cleansing your liver is carrot. It is naturally tasty and offers great nutritional benefits. Carrots contain Retinoic acid which protects the liver. Here’s how to make a carrot detox drink:

Carrots
Lemon
Ginger
Directions
Peel and clean carrot and ginger and blend them together to a fine juice. Squeeze the lemon in it and your carrot detox juice is ready. Pour it into a glass and serve fresh.
