Clean out your fridge to spring into a new diet

To clean out your refrigerator for a healthier diet, experts recommend:
• Empty and Clean: Remove everything: Take out all food, beverages, and condiments.
• Check expiration dates: Discard any expired or questionable items.
• Wipe down surfaces: Use warm, soapy water or a mixture of water and vinegar to clean shelves, drawers, and the inside of the refrigerator.
• Sanitize: Consider using a solution of 1 tablespoon liquid bleach in 1 gallon of water to sanitize.
• Dry thoroughly: Ensure the refrigerator is completely dry before restocking.
Restock with Healthy Foods:

• Keep healthy foods visible: Place fruits and vegetables at eye level and store prepared foods in clear containers.
