Start a journal this year

You start a journal by simply writing down your first entry about anything and everything that interests you. Ideally, you will have a special book or notepad for your journal entries - but it's not essential. Your journal, which is significant to only you, it is a written record of your human experience. Here are some easy to answer writing prompts:
• How am I viewing the beginning of this year as a fresh start?
• What new skills do I want to acquire this year?
• What healthy habits do I want to develop this year?
• What are my physical fitness goals for the year? ...
• What will bring me joy and happiness this year?
