Putting the ‘ate’ in hydrate​

When you think of hydration, you think of drinking water, yet 20% of the water in our diet comes from the foods we eat. To increase hydration, add these 11 fruits and vegetables with high water content: (All of them are at their peak season, too!:)
• Melons such as watermelon, honeydew and cantaloupe
• Strawberries
• Pineapple
• Peaches
• Oranges
• Bell peppers
• Broccoli
• Celery
• Cucumbers
• Lettuce
• Summer squash such as zucchini and yellow squash (cooked)
