DIY, no-sew neck cooling wrap

Making a DIY, no-sew neck cooling wrap is quick and costs practically nothing. This method requires just a clean hand towel, a few rubber bands, and a secret freezing ingredient that stays flexible.

What You Need:
1 hand towel or a long cotton bandana
2-3 rubber bands or hair ties
1 cup of plain dry rice =
1 zip-top freezer bag
Fill:
• Pour 1 cup of dry, uncooked rice into the towel or bandana (using a zip-top bag to pour it straight into the center makes it easier).
• Shape: Roll the towel lengthwise so the rice forms a long, centered cylinder.
• Secure: Tie a rubber band tightly on both sides of the rice to keep it in place.
• Freeze: Place it in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
• Enjoy: The rice gets cold but stays flexible enough to drape comfortably around your neck.
