Berry-Infused mint water

If your holiday indulgences left you feeling a little sluggish – here’s something than can help perk you right up. Aside from being refreshing, the berries carry many antioxidants that combat free radicals, leading to rejuvenated, healthy skin as a result.
Berry-Infused mint water
Ingredients:
• A jug of water (ideally an infuser pitcher if you have one)
• Half a cup of blueberries
• Half a cup of blackberries
• Tablespoon of fresh mint leaves
Directions:
Place all berries and the fresh mint leaves into a colander and rinse well. Fill up a water jug and place all ingredients into the jug. Place the jug in the fridge and leave to infuse overnight. Enjoy the following evening before bed.
