Working out doesn’t have to be a big deal

The key is to break down your exercise goals into quick bursts throughout the day. For example, you may set a goal of performing 100 squats by the end of the day, which can be broken up into sets of 10. Whenever you find yourself with a spare 5 minutes, you can then perform one set of 10 reps, and then repeat this every half an hour!
This is a great way to avoid a sedentary lifestyle, and the health risks that come with it, without altering your routine drastically.
As well as being one of the best physical fitness solutions for those who have little free time, micro workouts are also great for those who struggle with their fitness motivation.
