In this economy, many people are looking to save a few bucks here and there. Fortunately, your physical fitness does not have to cost very much. There are many ways to exercise cheaply, including using bodyweight exercises, using household items, or using free online resources.
Bodyweight exercises use your own weight to create resistance and build muscle.
