The perfect smoothie

Whether you are heading to the gym, starting your Peloton session or simply getting ready for a walk, this smoothie has it all: protein, good carbs and deliciousness.
Ingredients
½ cup blueberries
1 tablespoon almond butter
½ ripe banana
½ cup almond milk
1 teaspoon flaxseed, ground
1 teaspoon chia seeds

Blend until smooth.
