Pull a protein switcheroo

Red and processed meats have been linked to increasing risks of disease. Let this be the year to decide to switch out some of your protein sources for healthier choices. Getting creative and looking up some satisfying and tasty recipes online will avoid the age old question, “where’s the beef?” Try these protein sources instead:
If you’re a fan of cold cut sandwiches, try making a chicken salad sandwich instead. You can also experiment with meat alternatives, like tofu or tempeh, which can be marinated and sautéed to create a flavorful sandwich filling.
