End of year melancholy

Not everyone approaches the new year with unbridled merriment. In fact, most don’t. As the holidays come to an end and we embark on another year, it is common for many people to feel some degree of sadness say some experts. But before you start to latch on to the sadness, here is some simple advice to follow: Be kind to yourself.
Reflect on your achievements from the last year. These may be big or small. Don’t compare your achievements to those of people around you, celebrate what you have achieved and end the year by feeling a sense of personal accomplishment.
