Drink water before meals

While we all know the value of drinking plenty of water for overall health and digestion, recent studies show that drinking water can actually increase metabolism by 24-30 percent over 90. minutes. The optimal time to drink water is before a meal. Just two and a half cups of water 30 minutes before a meal increased weight loss by 44 percent.
