Texas Caviar makes a great Game-Day Snack

Pass the tortilla chips! Cowboy caviar, also known as Texas caviar, is not just another salsa recipe! It's brimming with color, texture, and flavor from an array of fresh vegetables, and full of protein from both black-eyed peas and black beans. It can be whipped up and gobbled up in just 15 minutes, or you can make it ahead of time to give all those delicious flavors a chance to meld. Call it a salsa, a salad, an appetizer, or a vegetable side dish—it's the perfect year-round potluck dish that will make everyone giddy up and eat!
Ingredients
1 15-oz. can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 cups diced roma tomatoes
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup canned whole kernel corn
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Tortilla chips, to serve
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the black-eyed peas, black beans, tomato, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, cumin, and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Serve with tortilla c
