It’s been a long January and many of us are still committed to our new year’s resolution of sticking to a diet. An important part of keeping within your diet guidelines is planning sensible, healthy snacks. Here are some ideas that are good to have on hand – especially at a Super Bowl party where we tend to fumble just a bit.
1. Mixed nuts
2. Red bell pepper with guacamole
4. Apple slices with peanut butter
3. Greek yogurt and mixed berries
5. Cottage cheese with flax seeds and cinnamon
6. Kale chips
7. Dark chocolate and almonds
8. Cucumber slices with hummus
9. Cherry tomatoes with mozzarella
10. Baby carrots with blue cheese dressing
