Stay cool by keeping these foods in the fridge!

Certain foods work to help your body regulate its temperature and keep you cooler. When the temperatures soar, try munching down on these foods to stay cool: mushrooms, cucumbers, citrus fruit, lemon balm, lettuce, and mint. Spicy foods can also help by causing you to perspire more. As the sweat evaporates, it cools you down. Snacking on frozen melon cubes or berries is also a smart way to cool down. And check out basil seeds. They’re used in drinks in India because they help keep your body cool.
