Shed some light on S.A.D. feelings

Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD can be characterized by mood changes and in more severe cases, fatigue, depression, hopelessness, and social withdrawal. Experts agree that one of the main contributing factors of SAD is a lack of sunlight due to shorter days and colder weather.This fall, make it a point to get some sunlight to stave off SAD. It can be as easy as putting on a sweater and taking your morning coffee outside or going for a brisk walk at lunch time.
