Living a more inspired life begins with setting higher expectations.   • Today, I intend to not take anything personally.
  • I intend to only express positive thoughts about the people in ,my life and will silence my inner critic/judge.
  • I intend to eat healthy food today.
  • Your intentions can be absolutely anything that you perceive will improve your life. Identifying them every day will set you on a course to making them your reality.
