Living a more inspired life begins with setting higher expectations. Setting clear, attainable personal goals will help you stay conscious in the present moment instead of simply reacting to moods and events in your life. When you set your intentions you begin to live a more purposeful life. Here are some examples of daily intentions:

  • Today, I intend to not take anything personally.
  • I intend to only express positive thoughts about the people in ,my life and will silence my inner critic/judge.
  • I intend to eat healthy food today.
  • Your intentions can be absolutely anything that you perceive will improve your life. Identifying them every day will set you on a course to making them your reality.
