If you suffer from anxiety or find you areholding onto anger and can’t quite shake it off, experts say to try this technique. Close your eyes and imaginewhatever it is that is troubling you in the palm of your hand, open your eyes and literally blow them away. You can also try to imagine your troubles while you are in the shower and then watch them go down the drain. Although it sounds simple, it may be difficult to get the hang of it. However experts agree that by practicing this technique it will get easier to do and make your life easier as well.
