Here it comes, cough and cold season. While completely avoiding the flu may be impossible, regular exercise has been proven to help keep the sniffles away. And the good news is that it does not have to be a lot of exercise, studies show that just 20 minutes of exercise every day is enough to help your body fight against the flu.
But to increase the strength of your immune system with exercise, you must be consistent with your exercise routine during autumn. Mindful breathing is also key. Making sure to breathe in enough oxygen and allowing it to circulate goes a long way to improve your overall well-being.
