Many people believe in the benefits of aromatherapy. But some essential oils can also be helpful for pain relief when used on your skin and joints. Here are a few examples: (You can use them separately or combine them to create your own blend)

  • Lavender oil. Lavender is prized for its ability to calm and relax. It also relieves pain and inflammation.
