Cool off with this Coconut Granada instead of Ice Cream

Ice cream is a summertime staple. It’s delicious, refreshing and the perfect answer to a sweet craving. But unfortunately, it is high in fat, sugar and calories. So, here’s an idea: Just pour a can of (full fat) coconut milk in a dish, freeze it, and scraped it out into a bowl. Simple, brilliant and much better for you!
