Baked Apple chips can add a healthy crunch

Packing a healthy snack has never been easier with this simple recipe for Apple Chips.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
6 large apples cored and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon – you can add more as an additional topping later
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
Toss the apple slices to other with the other ingredients
Place on prepared baking sheet
Bake for one hour
Sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired
