With cooler weather, fall is a great time to go hiking. In El Paso, it is especially nice in the early morning or at sunset with our magnificent views. But on top of all of that, hiking burns mega-calories as you increase your elevation and really work those legs. Here are a few reasons you might want to go hiking occasionally.
