Squeeze in minute workouts over holidays

You can get a great workout in 20 minutes and if you stick to bodyweight exercises (sit-ups, push-ups, etc.) you can do them anywhere.Or, if squeezing in a 20-minute workout into your holidays isn’t possible, try the 5-minute rule. Commit to doing just five minutes of activity at a time. Often, the first five minutes of a workout is the hardest part. Once you get started, you'll start feeling it. The endorphins will kick in and you'll love it.
