Try two 20-minute periods a day of meditation or similar relaxation techniques that shouldn’t include stimulating activities like watching television. Experts recommend you sit quietly and try to keep your mind off any concerns. By simply clearing some ‘mind space,’ we are better equipped to handle life’s ups and downs. Experts do warn though that constant stress, which lasts for extended periods of your life, may require professional help.
