Uninspired? We can fix that!

Normally we offer ideas to inspire you on Fridays but today, we focus on the hopelessly uninspired. If you are feeling stuck and generally sluggish both physically and creatively,
follow these quick, easy steps:
1. Recognize that you are uninspired. Own it. Awareness is the very first step to getting unstuck.
2. Discover yourself in the present moment. Focus on the immediate all around you: the sights, sounds, and sensations of your current environment. Inhabit your body and breathe. Body awareness will help you move forward.
3. Pick something to do and do it! GO! This can be big body movement, like a walk, run or dancing, or it can be a still action like meditation, breathing or journaling.
4. Call a friend and make a date for connection and action. It’s easier to be inspired when you are with a friend rather than waiting for a ‘Eureka!’ moment by yourself.
