The ancient technique of reflexology is based on a system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness. It is believed there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body. Stimulating these points, a reflexologist can help ease a myriad of health issues. Have a headache? Try this: Headaches are terrible, making us unable to concentrate on anything. To relieve a sinus headache, massage the tips of your thumb and fingers. The nerves lead to the head and temple region. Another method is to massage the area between your thumb and forefinger. This can also provide general headache relief.
