Take some time off

Just as important as work or family commitments, scheduling time off with your family can do everyone a world of good.(You may even choose to see a different part of the world together.) The point is when you actually schedule a time to bond with family and friends, you will notice how good it is for your mental and physical health. People who take more vacations live longer and are less likely to have heart disease and other health problems. Get packing!
