Start your day with an affirmation

Affirmations are positive thoughts and affirmative beliefs. They are usually in the first-person present tense (As in me, myself and I) They are repeated over and over to yourself. Reciting affirmations immediately when you wake up sets the course of your day in the right direction.
Here are some examples:
“I am feeling healthy and strong today.”
“I will face each difficulty in a calm manner.”
“I am where I have chosen to be.”
There are many types of affirmations but there are no rules, make up your own!
