Cleaning out the cobwebs in the house can also help clean out the cobwebs in your mind. Spring cleaning can be a great time to reorganize, re-prioritize and renew your home and your life. Not sure where to start your spring cleaning project? Use this to-do list, which includes all the spots that might need a little attention. Too much to tackle? Try taking on a few things at a time and focus on the therapeutic value of ‘cleaning house? Focus on creating a space that allows you breathing room to feel more comfortable and centered.


SPRING CLEANING CHECKLISTLIST

Kitchen

•Wipe down baseboards

•Clean air vents

•Dust blinds and windows

•Replace HVAC/Furnace Filter

•Dust ceiling fan

•Vacuum mattress

•Clean and vacuum under bed

•Wash pillows

•Dust around and behind TV

•Clean fireplace

•Clean window treatments/furniture

•Wash, vacuum, or replace dog beds

•Polish hard wood floors

•Move washer/dryer and clean behind

•Check dryer vent

•Clean out cabinets and drawers

•Throw away expired cosmetics

•Steam clean mirrors, countertops, sink
