Make sure to laugh everyday

"E. E." Cummings (October 14, 1894 – September 3, 1962), was an American poet, painter, essayist, author, and playwright. He wrote approximately 2,900 poems, two autobiographical novels, four plays, and several essays. Today, on Inspire Friday we share his words: ‘The most wasted of days is one without laughter.’ This is especially important in today's world. Whether it is a big belly laugh or a faint chuckle, we encourage you to make sure not to waste the day without one.
Laughing is definitely good for your health. It releases endorphins, lowers blood pressure and reduces stress. A good hearty laugh also works out your abdominal muscles - what a fun way to get that six pack!
