There will be no trick-or-treating this year in El Paso so it may be time to start a new tradition. Make a list of the children in your family that would normally go trick-or-treating and prepare a gift bag of treats and toys. On Halloween deliver the treats to their home and have their parents record the kids opening their bags. It’s a surprise treat for them, a nifty trick by you and fun for the whole family.
