Feeling a little jumpy? Have you noticed that you are more uptight than usual? Try this: Sit or stand up straight in a comfortable position. Breathe in, breathe out. Pause. One more time, this time a little slower and deeper: Breathe in, breathe out. Do you feel a bit more relaxed? Probably. You just did a mini-meditation.
