Exercise while watching TV

If you are like most adult Americans, you are watching about four hours of tv per day. (According to the 2017 Nielsen Report) Why not use that time to squeeze out some key exercises? With very little set-up and just a little effort, you can get in shape while binge watching the latest pop culture obsession. It may also help curb your desire to reach for diet-killing snacks. Try these:
