Keeping up with father time is a fact of life that we all must accept. As we reach certain ages it is important to stay active. Meet these minimum recommendations for physical activity to feel fit at any age!
Children Ages 6-17
Vigorous Activity such as running or soccer: Activity that strengthens muscles such as climbing or push ups, and activity that strengthens bones such as gymnastics or jumping rope
Adults 18-64 years
Older Adults 65 years and older
