Dancing can be a great way to reduce stress and burn calories. If you are looking for new ways to get some physical activity, consider taking a free online dance class to lift your spirits, work up a healthy sweat, and have some fun.
Dancing has many physical, mental and even emotional benefits. It’s a great workout that improves grace and agility as it raises your heart rate. You can choose what style of dance you want to try: Salsa, Hip hop, or even ballroom dancing are all options.
Researchers have found that people who ballroom dance twice a week have less risk of developing dementia, perhaps because learning new steps challenges your brain too.
