Bored? Create a Vision Board

17 Apr 2020 by Ted Escobedo   2 min read

The book, You are a Badass by Jen Sincero offers straight up advice on how to improve your attitude about yourself. In it, she mentions the value of creating a vision board to help bring your goals into the physical world. A vision board can be as simple or as elaborate as you would like. It mainly consists of gathering images, quotes or mementos and mounting them on a board to express your desire to achieve your life goals. Some people google the photos, create it on their computer and simply print it out or you can take paper to scissor and get to creating.

Sincero recommends putting your finished vision board on your fridge or someplace you can see it every day. The vision board forces you to focus on your goals, visualize them and put them down on paper. They are meant to express your desires and make the universe know of your intentions.
