Alone time

“If you're lonely when you're alone, you're in bad company.”
― Jean-Paul Sartre
It may sound crazy after all of this self-isolation to encourage alone time but there is a difference between just being alone and purposely spending alone time. For most of us, alone time may be a long bath or a walk in the neighborhood for others it may be prayer or meditation. The idea of alone time is that it is a planned activity (or break in activity) that you make for yourself. Set aside some time for yourself. Make it a date, and don’t be late.
