The El Paso Film Festival, returns to the Philanthropy Theatre and Alamo Drafthouse Montecillo, October 14-17, 2021. A showcase for independently produced films, the festival offers audiences a front row look at behind the scenes creation on a bi-national stage, via a selection of over 50 short and feature films by local, regional and national filmmakers.
