Refreshing Pineapple Whip

Pineapple, more than any other fruit, seems to evoke images of cooling off beachside on a warm day. Now, you can have a healthy taste of the beach in a glass on a hot El Paso summer’s afternoon. Here’s how:
Pineapple Whip
To make healthy Pineapple Whip, add 2 cups frozen pineapple, ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and if you would like, protein powder to the blender. Then, add some lemon zest and a dash of lemon juice to the blender. Lastly, blend until all the ingredients are combined. This treat is best enjoyed right after you make it – surfs up!
