If you or your kids are over the Halloween holiday and do not feel like participating this year, your costumes and decorations can go to good use to children who may be less fortunate.

Family Halloween costumes, themed clothes, accessories and sometimes even candy and treats can be donated to women’s shelters or children’s hospitals. Giving back in this way, especially women’s shelter donations, is such an incredible and heartwarming experience because sometimes you may even get to see and interact with the women and kids you are a providing a special treat to. Search online for a local charity that can benefit from a heartfelt (but spooky) donation.
