Dates are often overlooked in the produce section of the grocery store, but they offer incredible benefits that are worth noting. Dates can be enjoyed by themselves as a snack or as perfect additions to cereals, oatmeal and salads. Here are only a few of the reasons why you should eat dates regularly:
