The blowing winds and warmer temperatures of spring can kick up a ton of irritants that, in turn, cause inflammation in your brain and can result in a bad mood. If you find that you feel particularly irritable come, ask your doctor about how allergens may be affecting your mind and mood. Just because you aren’t sniffling and have burning eyes does not mean you are not affected by the pollutants in the air.
