Carol is the Executive Director of the Rio Grande Cancer Foundation. Carol has previously served as the Executive Director of the El Paso Coalition for the Homeless (EPCH) for the last 11 years. The EPCH was established in 2003 and serves as a coordinating body for all entities providing housing, services, and support to the homeless. Carol was also a Senior Financial Analyst and Corporate Specialist at El Paso Electric Company for 16 years. and an Assistant Vice President and Manager of Corporate Services for 4 years at Texas Commerce Bank.
Additionally, Carol has been a volunteer in the nonprofit sector for over 25 years, having served at the helm of the Junior League of El Paso as well as numerous volunteer positions within the El Paso ISD school district. Carol, a lifelong El Paso resident, holds a BS in Finance from Arizona State University. She is married to Chris and has two adult children, John and Kathryn.
